1. Zero Tolerance for CSAE

We prohibit Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) on Groypin. This includes grooming, sexualization of minors, sextortion, trafficking, and any behavior that exploits, abuses, or endangers children. Accounts involved in CSAE are subject to immediate removal.

2. Reporting Child-Safety Concerns (In-App)

You can report child-safety concerns directly in the app via Settings -> Help & Safety -> Report a child-safety concern.

Emergency: If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement before reporting through the app.

3. How We Address CSAM

Immediate action: We remove reported content that we have actual knowledge is CSAM and restrict involved accounts.

Do not redistribute: We do not upload, share, download, or further transmit suspected CSAM. We preserve minimal necessary metadata for legal reporting.

Reporting to authorities: Where legally required, we report confirmed CSAM to the appropriate authority (for example, NCMEC in the U.S.) and cooperate with lawful requests.

User notifications: We may notify reporters when action has been taken, subject to legal and privacy constraints.

4. Safety Investigations and Encrypted Features

Groypin provides encrypted chat and encrypted recovery features using a service-assisted model. This is not strict end-to-end encryption where only participants can decrypt in all cases. To enforce child-safety standards, we may access relevant content when necessary to investigate abuse, protect users, and comply with law.

5. Compliance with Child-Safety Laws

Groypin complies with applicable child-safety laws and regulations in the regions where we operate. We maintain processes to preserve evidence lawfully, protect user privacy, and cooperate with authorities as required.
